    Job Description:
    • The logistics Material Handler supports warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials.
    • This role is responsible for inventory transactions, material handling, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support manufacturing, service, and customer fulfillment requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems.
    • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments.
    • Pick, stage, pack, and ship customer orders and internal material transfers.
    • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners.
    • Load and unload materials using appropriate material handling equipment.
    • Conduct cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
    • Maintain warehouse organization, material traceability, and inventory accuracy.
    • Support returns, RMAs, and material disposition activities.
    • Follow established quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
    • Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and Lean initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material handling operations.
    • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
    • Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
    • Ability to perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).
    • Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with warehouse safety guidelines.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
    • Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory auditing, and inventory control practices.
    • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Experience supporting domestic and international shipping operations.
