Join a Growing Manufacturing Team

Adecco is hiring Manufacturing Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Tucson. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Our client operates 24/7 and offers multiple shift options, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Training may be conducted on a different shift before moving to your assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coating production lines

• Coordinate and perform production runs according to work instructions

• Monitor schedules and prepare for upcoming production runs

• Record production data, test results, and quality information accurately

• Complete required production reports and documentation

• Support job changeovers and process improvements

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Meet production and quality standards while working independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or production experience

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
