Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with industry tools and software
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in the medical device or diagnostic manufacturing sectors
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for manufacturing equipment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience assembling complex products and working within regulatory standards

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours a day
• Fully on-site role located in Santa Clara, CA
• Work hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Prompt, regular attendance is essential
