Job Title:   Manufacturing Operator
Location:  Thumb Plastics, Inc. / 400 Liberty Street, Bad Axe, Michigan
Starting Pay Range:   $16.50 - $17.50 (Includes Shift Premium)
Available Work Hours:   
  • 3rd Shift / 11:00pm - 7:00am
$500 Sign-on Bonus
$500 Referral Bonus Available

You will be the backbone of our organization. No previous experience needed! You will learn, train, and be challenged daily. You will work with modern plastic parts, maintain manufacturing operations, and be part of a team – join Gemini Group!

What You’ll Do:
  • Visually inspect and compare production parts with sample parts to assure defect-free parts.
  • Package a specified number of defect-free parts in sized and labeled containers for shipment.
  • Complete required tracking and documentation of production parts for traceability purposes.
  • Be familiar with job instructions to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Follow all IATF-16949/ISO 14001 policies and procedures.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reading and basic math skills.
  • Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity.
