Manufacturing Operator

PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is recruiting for a Machine Operator for a well-established biotech company in Bend. This position requires a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet quality standards. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive benefits package.

Machines Operator Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of operations to assemble, fit and prepare product using machinery
• Responsible for inspecting material before and after assembly
• Assisting team in achieving department goals
• Following oral and written specifications
• Help to maintain clean, safe and organized work space and warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Recent and relevant work experience
• High Attention to detail for accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• 2 Professional References
• Requires repetitive motion through out the day
• Standing for long periods of time
• Basic Math Skills

Machine Operator Compensation:

• M-TH, up to 40 hour work weeks
