    Role: Operator/Assembly
    Location: Minnetonka, MN
    Job Description:
    • Perform routine and repetitive assembly work under direct supervision.
    • Read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
    • Assemble and handle small parts and components.
    • Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
    • Operate equipment safely and perform basic preventive maintenance.
    • Troubleshoot routine production issues and communicate problems or solutions.
    • Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
    • Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure product traceability.
    • Work with supervisors and team members to meet production and quality goals.
    • Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
    • Previous manufacturing, assembly, medical device, or regulated production experience is preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
