Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in advanced technology solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator – 12 Hour Day/Night Shifts (Up to $22.50/hr + Overtime) to join their dedicated team. As a Manufacturing Operator – 12 Hour Day/Night Shifts (Up to $22.50/hr + Overtime), you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality output and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, aligning successfully within a dynamic and safety-conscious environment.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator – 12 Hour Day/Night Shifts (Up to $22.50/hr + Overtime)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.50

Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day and Night)

What's the Job?

• Operate injection molding and packaging machinery to produce high-quality products
• Inspect finished products for defects, quality, and accuracy
• Package, label, and palletize products according to work orders and specifications
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging configurations for accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following safety protocols and 5S standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual inspection skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment and support team goals
