Picture your next shift in a modern, safety-first environment where production moves with purpose. In our Kenton facility, you’ll keep goods flowing as part of a cross-functional crew supporting packaging, machine operations, and forklift/material handling.

Your Day-to-Day

Packaging — $19.96/hr (No experience required; paid training provided)

• Stage, load, and pack finished products for outbound shipments
• Verify packaging quality and accuracy before sealing
• Transfer items between work areas to keep lines moving

Machine Operator — $24.70/hr (1–2 years experience)

• Set, adjust, and monitor production equipment
• Run periodic checks to confirm proper operation
• Visually and dimensionally inspect parts throughout the shift
• Load raw materials and keep machines supplied

Forklift Operator — $21.46/hr (1–2 years experience)

• Operate forklifts and follow all plant safety procedures
• Move, stack, load, and unload materials efficiently
• Support production and shipping with accurate material flow

Schedule & Location

Based in Kenton, OH. We offer 1st and 3rd shift options on 12-hour schedules—designed so you typically work about 14 days per month.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to stand for a full 12-hour shift
• Age 18 or older
• Comfort lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to train on both day and night 12-hour shifts for 2–6 weeks
• Fluency in English (reading and writing) for the safe and effective performance of job duties
