  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support (Night) to support the fabrication, testing, and processing of precision thin film circuits in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Night) Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture, process, test, and separate thin film circuits using specialized equipment such as masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, cameras, and other precision manufacturing tools.
  • Handle delicate substrates and circuit components with exceptional care, maintaining product quality and consistency throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Perform visual inspections, equipment setup, and quality verification while following detailed manufacturing procedures and strict quality standards.
  • Work independently under the direction of a production coordinator while collaborating with engineers, trainers, and manufacturing team members to achieve production goals and maintain operational excellence.
  • Follow ESD protocols, communicate production concerns through established channels, utilize computer systems to support manufacturing operations, and contribute to a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Night) Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Shift:

  • Would work Saturday and Sunday nights, 12-hour shifts (10:00 pm to 10:00 am), and 2 additional 8-hour shifts (10:00 pm to 6:30 am) on Monday and Tuesday nights.
