A day in the life
It’s the start of your shift in Marshfield. You check the Tier boards: KPIs are visible, trends are clear, and your team knows the target for the night. You walk the floor, confirm staffing and materials, and huddle with leads to align on the production schedule. You coach a new associate through a standard work step, audit a cell for 5S and process adherence, and post a countermeasure to a quality miss—complete with root cause, owner, and due date. Throughout the night, you keep the queue flowing, adjust priorities, reinforce safety and quality, and celebrate wins. When challenges arise, you guide the team with data, lean tools, and clear communication—so everyone leaves knowing what success looks like tomorrow.
