Description

Title:               Manufacturing Operations Coordinator –Chip & Wire Assembly
Location:        Colorado Springs, CO, 80907
Duration:        24+ Months
Pay Rate:       $23/hr - $26/hr on W2
Shift:                  Second shift position. 2: 30pm-11pm. Training will take place on first shift (7am-3: 30pm)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our Chip & Wire Assembly team.
This role supports both Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations in a cleanroom environment, performing precision micro-assembly work on very small components.
This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work under a microscope while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
Identify and report process, material, or quality issues
Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers
Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
Support continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Reliable with strong attendance
Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to handle very small, delicate parts (steady hands required)
Basic computer skills (data entry, email, systems)
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Self-motivated with a professional work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with die attach, wire bonding, or microelectronics assembly
Cleanroom experience
ESD knowledge or certification
Experience operating automated production equipment

Work Environment

Cleanroom setting
Microscope-based work for extended periods
Handling of very small components
Use of specialized production equipment
