Title:               Manufacturing Operations Coordinator –Chip & Wire Assembly
Location:        Colorado Springs, CO, 80907
Duration:        24+ Months
Pay Rate:       $23/hr - $26/hr on W2
Shift:                  Second shift position. 2: 30pm-11pm. Training will take place on first shift (7am-3: 30pm)
 
Job Overview
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our Chip & Wire Assembly team.
  • This role supports both Die Attach and Wire Bonding operations in a cleanroom environment, performing precision micro-assembly work on very small components.
  • This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work under a microscope while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned production jobs safely and on schedule
  • Perform die attach and wire bonding assembly processes
  • Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect microelectronic components
  • Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance
  • Identify and report process, material, or quality issues
  • Escalate questions or concerns to trainers, technicians, or engineers
  • Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
  • Accurately log job data and production updates into computer systems
  • Follow cleanroom and ESD procedures
  • Support continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable with strong attendance
  • Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to handle very small, delicate parts (steady hands required)
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, systems)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a professional work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with die attach, wire bonding, or microelectronics assembly
  • Cleanroom experience
  • ESD knowledge or certification
  • Experience operating automated production equipment
Work Environment
  • Cleanroom setting
  • Microscope-based work for extended periods
  • Handling of very small components
  • Use of specialized production equipment
