Rotating 2-week schedule (2-2-3 schedule: work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, including weekends) must be able to train 7A - 7P approximately a month before moving to night shift . Shifts:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Extruders: Operate and monitor extrusion equipment
• Press Helpers: Assist with setup, material handling, and production support
• Packers: Package finished products according to quality standards
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience with a solid work history
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Steel-toed boots required
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Resume preferred but not required
