About the Role
Imagine the plant coming to life as your shift begins. You review work orders, hop on a tow-motor, and start moving critical parts to the lines that need them most. Throughout the day, you keep materials flowing, update inventory, and make sure production never skips a beat.
Pay: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour | Shifts: 1st & 3rd | Job Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do
- Transport and stage parts between departments so production stays on schedule
- Load and unload materials using tow-motors (forklifts) and, when needed, overhead cranes
- Deliver components accurately and on time to designated areas
- Enter basic data to maintain precise inventory records
- Read and follow work orders to execute material handling tasks correctly
- Measure stock with a tape measure and other tools to verify specifications
- Keep your work area clean and organized; follow all safety and housekeeping standards
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Communicate with teammates and supervisors to coordinate movements efficiently
What You Bring
- 2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience in a manufacturing setting
- Valid tow-motor (forklift) license preferred
- Experience operating overhead cranes is a major plus
- Comfort with basic data entry and record accuracy
- Ability to read a tape measure and use other measuring devices
- Detail orientation, strong organization, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Team-first attitude with the ability to work independently as needed
- Physical capability to lift and move materials as required
