Description

A day in this role

You start your shift at our Tulsa, OK facility by checking inbound receipts, staging parts for production, and scanning material moves so every component ends up exactly where it belongs. Throughout the day, you’ll kit orders, replenish work cells, and use pallet jacks, carts, and—once certified—forklifts to keep the shop floor supplied. Accuracy, safety, and timing are everything, and you’ll be a critical link between our warehouse and production teams.

What you’ll do

  • Receive, verify, store, and issue parts and supplies for both production and customer orders.
  • Pick, stage, and deliver materials to manufacturing areas to meet the schedule.
  • Load/unload and transport items using approved material handling equipment.
  • Confirm counts and part numbers against work orders, packing slips, and system records.
  • Record all moves and transactions using scanners and computer systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Follow established identification, storage, and handling procedures for materials.
  • Support cycle counts and full physical inventory activities.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe; follow all safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and take on additional duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • Willingness to learn inventory control, material flow, and warehouse processes.
  • Basic computer proficiency for transactions and tracking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and standardized procedures.
  • Capability to operate material handling equipment safely after training/certification.
  • Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Preferred background

  • Experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Work setup

  • Location: Tulsa, OK (onsite)
  • Travel: None
  • Schedule: Overtime may be required, including some weekends or extended shifts.

Compensation

Starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour. This is a full-time, hourly position.
