Essential Responsibilities:
Own and champion team safety record and culture
Continuous improvement of manufacturing metrics to include, quality, yield, COQ, variable productivity, and on-time delivery
Integrate lean methodology to identify inefficiencies and follow through on process improvements; Develop and drive a culture of lean management,
Coordinate with local functional leaders to ensure efficient manufacturing operations,
Work effectively with business leaders and commercial teams both onsite and offsite to drive customer satisfaction
Provide leadership and development to hourly team members,
Identify, communicate, and resolve production, quality, and safety issues
Develop and maintain an open communication pattern to promote exchange of ideas with peers, team, and leadership
Maintain the highest standards of integrity while complying with company initiative and administering local policies
Optimize labor efficiency by driving competency development via cross training and flexing labor across product line.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, supplier management and project implementation
