Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
  • Optimize staffing, production scheduling, and labor utilization to meet changing business demands.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Support cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment.
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Proven experience leading large manufacturing teams and developing frontline leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Background in high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
