Purpose

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Technical knowledge or expert-level experience with specific processes.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Drive safety – Participate in safety programs and sub-teams, ensure audits are completed on time, implement departmental safety suggestions, identify unsafe conditions, enforce safety compliance, and investigate and complete safety incidents.
Manage quality – Learn and understand quality procedures and inspections, assure compliance, and work directly with Quality personnel to resolve issues and answer questions.
