Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams across converting operations
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to meet production targets
- Ability to work shift hours: 10:00AM - 6:00PM
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Optimize machine performance, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment, material, and production issues
- Coordinate with printing, shipping, and planning teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain a safe, organized workplace and reinforce safety best practices
- Monitor production metrics, conduct quality audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of leadership experience within folding carton, paperboard packaging, or a related converting environment
- Strong knowledge of die-cutting, folder-gluing, windowing, and finishing operations
- Experience with equipment such as Bobst die cutters, folder-gluers, or similar converting machinery
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and build a positive culture
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence

- Base salary $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
