Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Pay: $28-$40/hour
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Full-time | Every Other Weekend Required | Overtime Available
Job Summary
We are hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping equipment running safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
Candidates with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Automotive Technician, Farm Equipment Mechanic, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery

Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes

Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery

Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components

Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
-
2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience

OR related technical education/training
-
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Ability to troubleshoot electrical components

Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings

Basic PLC and robotics experience is preferred

Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
