    Our client is looking to add a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to their team! Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of different paper related packaging products for the food industry and has a FANTASTIC work life balance.

    The 2nd shift maintenance technician will be in charge of servicing and maintaining all manufacturing production equipment.

    Qualified candidates will need to have maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.



    Responsibilities:
    - Servicing and maintaining all manufacturing production equipment
    - Set up, maintain, and repair production equipment, forming dies, presses, and tray erectors
    - Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and production support equipment
    - Execute tooling changeovers as required
    - Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure efficient production flow
    - Assist in developing and implementing process improvements
    - Perform safety and quality inspections; maintain a clean and safe work area
    - Keep accurate maintenance records and manage parts inventory
    - Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams

    Qualifications:
    - Minimum of 2 year experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
    - Good organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated experience in project management
    - Good mechanical aptitude
    - Basic knowledge of the following: vacuum and compressed air system, electrical circuitry(AC/DC), and hydraulics
    - Ability to perform basic electrical work
    - Ability to follow LOTO, HACCP, SQF, and MSDS standards
    - Forklift experience preferred
