At PSM, we pride ourselves on being a family-style environment built on trust, respect, and genuine caring for one another.POSITION SUMMARYWe are looking for a hands-on, troubleshooting expert to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.The ideal candidate will:Review work orders to determine work priorities and delegate the work to Team members or outside contractorsRepair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations Personally repairs machines and equipment as necessary Communicates and coordinates service, repair, and parts, and coordinates with the purchasing dept.
