Manufacturing Maintenance Operations Supervisor

Lead the Team That Keeps Our Plant Running

Step into a hands-on leadership role where you guide a skilled maintenance crew across equipment, buildings, and grounds to keep production moving safely and efficiently. You’ll set the pace for preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and mentor a diverse team—so every shift ends stronger than it began.

Target shift: 1:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.

A day in this role

• Allocate work and match technician strengths to the right tasks across machinery, facilities, and grounds.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to elevate productivity, collaboration, and morale.
• Own the preventive maintenance program—implement, monitor, and continuously improve it.
• Partner with operations to align maintenance with production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Direct emergency responses after hours to stabilize equipment, ensure safety, and restore operations.
• Model strict adherence to plant maintenance policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage core people-leadership duties: recruiting, onboarding, performance coaching, work planning/assignment, EEO/AA practices, and department budgeting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field OR equivalent education and experience.
• At least five years of industrial maintenance experience in assembly or machining environments.
• Working knowledge spanning machinery, carpentry, electrical, and related manufacturing maintenance processes.
• Strong problem-solving ability across a variety of personnel and technical situations.
• Effective interpersonal skills to motivate and engage a diverse workforce.
• Fluent in English and the primary language used in your area/location.
