Required Experience
- Plumbing systems — piping, pumps, leak detection, repairs
- Electrical systems — up to 3‑phase, 440V
- Air handling equipment — maintenance and performance checks
- Chillers — operation, troubleshooting
- Electric motors — installation, repair, replacement
- Steam heat systems — system operation and maintenance
- Chemical safety — safe handling, compliance, PPE
Preferred Experience
- Calibrations
- Rectifiers
- Documentation — logs, reports, compliance
- Preventative maintenance — scheduling, execution, tracking
Who Thrives in This Role
- Someone who enjoys variety and problem‑solving
- A self‑starter who can prioritize and manage their own workload
- A hands‑on technician who likes being the person everyone relies on
- Someone comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Why Join Plainville Plating
- Stable, long‑established local business
- High autonomy and ownership of the maintenance function
- Variety of work — no two days look the same
- Opportunity to make a direct impact on operations
