These are the qualifications that matter.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in an automated manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems
- Proven success improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
- Background in welding and metal fabrication
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Ability to travel internationally for training as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines, robotics, and facility systems
- Ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, inspections, and reporting
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing maintenance team
- Analyze KPIs, downtime, and incidents to drive data-driven improvements
- Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Serve as the primary maintenance contact for production and leadership teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles
