What You'll DoAs a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality copper wire products while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.Record production and quality data using computerized systems.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.Safely handle raw materials and finished products.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishBasic math skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the scheduled shiftStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceAbility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Equipment Operator, or similar manufacturing roleExperience operating industrial manufacturing equipmentMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Available ShiftsCurrently hiring for:Second Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.Compensation

$29.50 - $31.50 per hourOvertime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours workedAnnual performance-based wage increases
