Our manufacturing client in the Bellows Falls, VT area is seeking to hire  Manufacturing Machine Operators - Entry Level for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Machine Operator - Entry Level position are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Manufacturing, troubleshooting, Lean Manufacturing, ISO, or 5S experience is a plus

Benefits you will receive as the Manufacturing Machine Operator - Entry Level:

• $20.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity
• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

For the Manufacturing Machine Operator - Entry Level, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Set up, start, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct quality inspections and verify product specifications
• Complete production records and machine documentation accurately
• Handle materials and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate equipment or tooling issues to support teams and assist with continuous improvement efforts
