Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production and test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.
  • Support production operators by resolving equipment problems quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Improve equipment performance through setup optimization, debugging, and process improvements.
  • Train operators on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate replacement parts as needed.
  • Complete maintenance reports and maintain accurate equipment documentation.
  • Assist engineering teams with equipment testing, validation, and new process implementation.
  • Develop and improve preventive maintenance procedures and work instructions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of maintenance experience supporting automated production equipment.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Experience with PLCs, servos, industrial electronics, and automated equipment preferred.
  • Experience with SMT equipment, AOI systems, reflow ovens, automated dispensing systems, molding equipment, laser marking systems, PCB saws, or similar manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
  • Experience programming and debugging automated equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and engineering teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.

Shift: 3rd Shift position, Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Salary Range: $26-$33 an hour based on experience
