Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring full-time team members to support a manufacturing partner in Coal City, IL. You’ll keep production humming by assembling, packing, and preparing products for shipment—while growing skills in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

Role Snapshot

• Location: Coal City, IL
• Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift, or Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday)
• Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Full-Time

A day in the role

You arrive on shift, gear up, and join your production cell. Throughout the day you:

• Assemble and package products on a moving line with accuracy and pace
• Pick components to build customer orders and assemble product displays
• Conduct quick quality checks; remove any items that don’t meet standards
• Palletize finished goods and shrink-wrap for secure outbound shipment
• Pitch in with general warehouse tasks as assigned
• Help keep your workstation organized, clean, and safe

What you bring

• Comfort standing up to 10 hours per day
• Willingness to learn—no prior experience required
• Reliability, safety awareness, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
