    Manufacturing Learning and Development Coordinator

    At Dynamic Manufacturing, you’ll turn great processes into great performance. As our Manufacturing Learning and Development Coordinator, you’ll help design, deliver, and track the training that powers safety, quality, and operational excellence across our production floor.

    A day in the role

    You start by reviewing the training calendar, confirming sessions with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR. Next up: welcoming new hires and guiding them through orientation in both English and Spanish. Midday, you’re on the floor leading hands-on instruction, reinforcing work instructions, GMP, and standard work. In the afternoon, you audit for adherence, update visual aids and SOPs, and log completions in the training database. You wrap up by analyzing training metrics, noting gaps, and planning improvements for tomorrow.

    What you’ll do

    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training activities for production employees.
    • Deliver hands-on sessions to teach processes, work instructions, and quality requirements.
    • Lead new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
    • Prepare and present training to employees, Team Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
    • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, visual aids, presentations, and work instructions.
    • Create new learning models and programs to elevate workforce skills and knowledge.
    • Evaluate competency through observations, assessments, and practical demonstrations.
    • Maintain accurate records, certifications, and employee training databases; track completion and follow up on overdue items.
    • Support GMP, Safety, Quality, and Standard Work Instruction training programs.
    • Conduct floor observations and audits to verify compliance with established procedures.
    • Identify training gaps and recommend corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and HR on training initiatives.
    • Assist with training for new products, equipment, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
    • Create visual training tools, process flow diagrams, and instructional documentation.
    • Coach and mentor employees to strengthen performance.
    • Prepare training reports and analyze effectiveness metrics.
    • Champion a culture of continuous learning, safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

    What you bring

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
    • Proven ability to conduct effective hands-on training.
    • Excellent organization and time management.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and work instructions.
    • Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Problem-solving ability with a continuous improvement mindset.

    Education and experience

    • High School Diploma or GED (required).
    • Previous manufacturing, training, leadership, or supervisory experience (preferred).
    • Experience creating presentations and training materials (preferred).

    Physical requirements

    • Walk throughout manufacturing areas.
    • Stand for extended periods during training sessions.
    • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
    • Work in both office and manufacturing environments.

    Preferred proficiencies

    • Spanish language fluency
