Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Manufacturing Lab Technician who enjoys working in both a laboratory and customer service environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in ensuring products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
This individual will play a critical role in product testing, quality verification, data analysis, customer support, and the coordination of Pot Rite Services and Spectrochemical Standards Manufacturing activities. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Experience performing laboratory testing and data analysis
Ability to interpret specifications, testing requirements, and quality standards

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
