Summary:
A luxury interior products manufacturer in Miami is seeking an HR Manager to oversee and develop their HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
* Oversee Employee Handbook
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, experience with US immigration visas is a plus.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in the HR field in lieu of HR management experience
* Experience working for a manufacturing company is heavily desired.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
