 Shift Available: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Adecco is currently hiring Manufacturing General Laborers for a leading manufacturing facility. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing General Laborer, you will:

• Operate multiple production stations used to manufacture padlock bodies and shackles.
• Follow station-specific Orders of Operation and work instructions.
• Participate in machine changeovers and equipment setups.
• Read and follow written instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Use hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including micrometers.
• Maintain quality standards and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
• Ability to use hands continuously throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

PPE Requirements

All required PPE is provided by the client and must remain in your assigned locker between shifts.

Required PPE includes:

• Safety glasses with side shields
• Over-the-glasses safety eyewear for associates with non-OSHA-approved prescription glasses
• Gloves (permitted only at designated stations as directed by your trainer)
• Hearing protection
• Closed-toe shoes (steel-toed shoes are not required)
