General Laborer – Industrial Manufacturing
Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Location: Eastlake, OH
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Laborers. This position involves supporting daily production operations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting team members to ensure production deadlines are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build long-term experience in a stable manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train reliable candidates with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Assist the production team with daily manufacturing operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility and workstations
- Help organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Support team members in meeting production and work order deadlines
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
- Perform general labor and production support duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be able to stand and move throughout the production area for up to 8 hours per shift
Comfortable bending, walking, lifting, and moving between workstations throughout the day
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in quality work
Manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
Background check required
