What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience in a food manufacturing facility
• Previous role as Group Lead, Line Lead, Floor Lead, or Supervisor
• Strong leadership presence and clear communication
• Capacity to manage multiple production lines while maintaining safety
• Dependability and sharp attention to detail
