IT Business Systems Analyst/Supply Chain

Summary

The IT Business Systems Analyst/Supply Chain role provides support to the Global Supply Chain Teams and Customer Service. The person filling this role will be a key member of the IT Business Services Team reporting to the Director of IT Business Services. He/She will be supporting a global, multi-channel and highly integrated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the business as the Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality SAP subject matter expert.
• Responsible for all implementations relating to the SAP MM/PP/SD Modules
• Lead or Co-Lead projects pertaining to new SAP MM/PP/SD functionality ensuring blueprints, configuration, specifications, training, testing, cut-over, go-live support & validation documentation are properly planned for & executed.
• Recommend solutions to improve business practices via existing SAP MM/PP/SD functionality.
• Assist end-users with identifying & resolving technical issues.
• Work remotely with a team of 4-6 employees located globally.
• Knowledge of the organizational structure and culture to help build relationships with key groups.
• The desire to be the voice of the user community to senior management.
• Translate high-level business discussion into detailed requirements.
• Produce, and manage, high-quality documentation including reports and dashboarding.
