- End-to-end equipment setup aligned to production specifications.

- Close coordination with production to confirm requirements and timing.
- Thorough documentation of setup steps and machine configurations.
- On-the-job support to help new team members learn safe, effective procedures.

- Consistent housekeeping and strict adherence to safety practices.
What makes you successful here
- High school diploma/equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing or technical setup roles (preferred).
- Strong mechanical reasoning with a knack for solving problems quickly.
- Comfort reading schematics, prints, and technical references.
- Meticulous recordkeeping; works well independently.
- Basic computer skills for logging and reporting tasks.
