What you will do
- Set up and operate production machinery following standard procedures
- Monitor operations and make precise adjustments to hold tight tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance to sustain uptime and performance
- Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs during runs
- Maintain accurate production documentation: quantities, inspection data, and nonconformances
- Keep a safe, orderly cell and adhere to safety protocols
- Work cross-functionally to meet output and schedule commitments
Shifts
- 1st: 6am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday
- 2nd: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday
- 3rd: 10:30 am–6:30am, Sunday–Thursday
What you bring
- Prior experience with manufacturing machinery
- Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and instruction-following
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Basic computer skills for accurate data entry and record maintenance
- Strong communicator; team-first mindset
