Keep production moving. Own the uptime.
When a critical line pauses, you bridge the gap between mechanical systems and electrical controls—finding the fault, fixing it safely, and getting product flowing again.
Picture this
A sensor trips, a drive faults, and the conveyor stops. You pull the drawings, trace the I/O, meter the circuit from 24V through 480V three-phase, confirm the culprit, swap the component, and verify operation. Before the end of shift, you complete scheduled PM on facility systems, tune a regulator on a pneumatic manifold, and log work performed—organized, safe, on time.
Your impact
- Tackle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on production machinery and supporting equipment.
- Break down failed equipment, identify root cause, and install repaired or new parts.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, facility systems, and building components.
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust bearings, shafts, gears, and other moving components.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems—transformers, machine wiring, controls, and electronic elements.
- Install and service piping, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment.
- Repair or replace valves, gauges, pressure regulators, and associated devices.
- Respond rapidly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore operation.
- Identify potential maintenance issues early, communicate clearly, and drive corrective actions.
- Plan work effectively and complete maintenance safely within required timelines.
