Summary

From tactical communications systems to airborne communications and information processing, we deliver high-reliability solutions that keep our first responders and war-fighters connected and protected in the field. We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the position of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician in our Huntsville, AL facility. We are looking for a motivated individual who will perform preventative maintenance and maintenance tasks for Electronic Production Assembly.
What You''ll Do
Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble manufacturing equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings.
Monitor, plan, and execute all preventative maintenance tasks for production equipment.
Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
Adjust and troubleshoot Production Equipment as needed.
Perform conveyor/PCB loader repairs, Wave Solder repairs, and PCB de-stacker adjustments and repairs.
Perform feeder repairs and provide comprehensive production floor support.
Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor for production necessity.
What You''ll Bring
High school or equivalent diploma (required).
8+ years of Technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
High level of mechanical aptitude and hi-tech maintenance background.
Ability to read and interpret Blueprints and Schematics.
Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Team player who is highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
How to Stand Out
Two-year technical degree.
Working knowledge of Fuji and Siemens chip shooters, as well as Reflow ovens.
