Manufacturing Engineering ManagerLead and develop a team of Manufacturing and Process Engineers. Manage capital equipment and automation projects. Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives. Support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness efforts. Establish engineering priorities aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance leadership. Develop manufacturing standards and best practices. Manage engineering budgets and project timelines. Lead troubleshooting of complex manufacturing issues. Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.A successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Previous engineering leadership or management experience. Experience managing capital and automation projects. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
