    Educational background: A bachelor's degree in mechanical with Plant manufacturing engineering background.
    Mechanical engineering Market knowledge, Negotiation skills, Relationship management and Project management skills.
    Key responsibilities:
    Vendor selection and negotiation: Coordinate the selection of new vendors and lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and conditions.
    Contract management: Ensure vendor performance aligns with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) through regular monitoring and evaluation.
    Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and serve as a primary point of contact.
    Performance monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
    Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal departments like procurement, legal, and finance to align vendor activities with company goals and project requirements.
    Issue resolution: Professionally resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise with vendors.
    Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to vendor management, onboarding, and procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
