Manufacturing Engineer

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement across a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Description

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations
• Troubleshoot process disruptions, quality issues, and production bottlenecks
• Develop and maintain standard work and labor standards
• Improve workflow, ergonomics, material presentation, and process layouts
• Lead continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities
• Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Facilities teams
• Drive operational efficiency, waste reduction, and process stability

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or production support experience
• Experience within high-volume manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor
• Spanish language skills are a plus

Job Offer

• Base salary: $90,000 - $130,000
