Manufacturing Engineer Technician I

Job Summary-

Plans, designs and constructs manufacturing facilities and related structures | Determines facility specifications, including analysis and evaluation of location, material resources and structural design | Resolves technical problems and recommends production improvements

Responsibilities-

Impact of the RoleGeneral Profile - Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks - Develops understanding in an analytical or scientific method or operational process - Works with close supervision - Performs manual tasks according to established proceduresEssential Functions- Provides technical support to engineers during the design of manufacturing processes for a production facility. - Assists in the development of layouts or floor plans, conducts tests and troubleshoots equipment. - Documents test procedures and results.- Supports with resolving routine technical problems.

Qualifications-

• Preferred education and experience: Vocational/Technical Training Degree - Discipline/Major: Technical training preferred - Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Detail oriented. Problem-solving skills. Engineering support. Manufacturing engineering. Test execution. Test documentation.
