Manufacturing Engineer

Base pay up to $105k

Hybrid - 4 days WFO

This onsite role comes with relocation assistance and welcomes candidates from any manufacturing sector who have a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

What Youll Do

• Optimize manufacturing workflows using lean practices and smart engineering solutions
• Lead quality, efficiency, and cost-improvement projects
• Provide hands-on support for high-volume production environments
• Collaborate across R&D, operations, and quality to introduce new manufacturing technologies
• Write and execute validation plans for new or upgraded equipment
• Support the launch and expansion of new production facilities, including greenfield projects

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
• Experience in process optimization and high-volume manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean methodologies; certifications like Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CAPM are an advantage
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
