SALARY RANGE $80-$90K, ANNUALLY / DOE
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Regional Operations Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations, which includes supporting plant managers and plant supervisors by maintaining production costs and standards, along with maintaining inventory control. Assists with quality control efforts, analyzing manufacturing variances and provides recommendations on manufacturing improvements; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a support capacity.
Requires excellent communication skills, verbal and written, Bi-lingual is preferred.
Ability to analyze production costs and efficiencies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software, specifically Excel.
Requires excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Requires a valid driver's license
Predictable, and Regular attendance is required.
