Manufacturing EngineerEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Industrial, or ManufacturingRequired Skills for the Manufacturing Engineer:At least 3 years of experienceAUTOCAD experience (2D and 3D layouts)Manufacturing experience (Line balance, PFMEA, process mapping, standard work, etc.)Manufacturing tooling and equipment installation experienceStrong experience in line balance and process set upAbility to analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawingsStrong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specificationsCommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionalsTime management skills to work with multiple projects and competing deadlinesKnowledge of engineering practices and industry standardsAdvanced mathematical skillsAbility to perform physical measurements to create layouts as requiredKnowledge of MS office to perform analysis and prepare executive presentationsExperience with manufacturing tools and equipment to support prototype pilot build constructionsPreferred Skills:Experience with Standard Pro SoftwareExperience in the Automotive/Truck industryBilingual English/SpanishManufacturing Engineer Overview: Responsibility is to support engineering projects developing technical drawings that help translate engineering and architectural designs into detailed plans used in building products and structures.Responsibilities:Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to clarify design specificationsLayout updates using AUTOCAD softwarePlace and follow up purchase orders for new tooling and equipment to produce drawingsChecking design drawings to verify they're accurate and meet industry standardsCoordinate multidisciplinary projects review between departments and other stakeholdersCreate and follow up problem follow up sheets to monitor and guide completion of activities**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
