ABOUT THE JOB
We're looking for a driven Manufacturing Engineer to help us push boundaries in high-precision manufacturing. SHIFT: 7am-4pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, work instructions, FMEAs, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support capital equipment selection, procurement, installation, and validation
- Train and support technical staff and operators on new equipment and process changes
- Lead productivity and cost-reduction projects while supporting new product introductions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role (precision manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency with CAD and data analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel)
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
- Strong hands-on problem-solving approach with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for process excellence, innovation, and operational improvement

SALARY RANGE: $66,000 - $99,000
This is the full salary range for the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
