Lead hands-on process improvements Drive equipment reliability initiatives A Successful Manufacturing Engineer will have: 3+ years of manufacturing, process, equipment, or mechanical engineering experience. Our client produces specialty paper, coating, laminating, and converted material solutions for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

This Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
• Identifying root causes of equipment, process, and quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Improving coating, laminating, sheeting, and web-handling manufacturing processes
• Analyzing production data and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting equipment upgrades, installations, automation projects, and capacity improvements
• Partnering with production and quality teams to improve product performance and consistency

A Successful Manufacturing Engineer will have:

• 3+ years of manufacturing, process, equipment, or mechanical engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment
• Experience with bearings, drives, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors
• Electrical and controls troubleshooting experience with PLCs and VFDs preferred
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in paper converting, packaging, web handling, laminating, coating, or similar continuous-process manufacturing preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and hands-on leadership skills
