What You"ll Do

• Work alongside production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to increase safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Help manage projects from concept through implementation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop practical solutions.
• Support the installation and improvement of equipment, tooling, and work processes.
• Create work instructions, procedures, and training materials.
• Analyze data and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact on the operation.

What We"re Looking For

• Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• Internship, co-op, senior project, or hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operators, technicians, and leadership.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middlebury, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
