Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Support advanced manufacturing operations including CNC turning and milling, Wire EDM, laser processes, welding, polishing, finishing, cleaning, passivation, assembly, and inspection activities.
- Create, review, and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and engineering change documentation.
- Develop and revise CAD models and CAM programs to support manufacturing operations.
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers to improve manufacturability and support cost reduction efforts.
- Create standard work instructions and process documentation to support operational excellence.

Profile
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments involving metals machining, processing, or finishing operations.
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing best practices.
- Experience with CAD software and CAM programming.
- Mastercam experience is required
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or new product development activities.
- Understanding of GD&T principles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
